Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all New Mexico counties, McKinley County had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (53.62K), followed by San Juan County (48.22K), and Bernalillo County (28.44K).
