Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (7.92%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.57%), and Lafourche Parish (2.78%).
