Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (8.41%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.74%), and Lafourche Parish (2.8%).
