Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (81.83%), followed by Rolette County (76.5%), and Benson County (54.25%).
