Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (80.97%), followed by Rolette County (75.77%), and Benson County (53.64%).
