Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all US states and DC, Hawaii had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (10.30%), followed by Alaska (1.70%), and Utah (1.17%).
On the other hand, West Virginia had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (0.03%), followed by Maine (0.04%), and Vermont (0.04%).
