Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all US states and DC, Vermont had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as White Alone (95.63%), followed by Maine (95.57%), and New Hampshire (94.79%).
On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as White Alone (25.62%), followed by District of Columbia (41.90%), and Mississippi (60.27%).
