US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2021 Q4

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2021 Q4, $166.0K new houses were sold in the US. 25% of these new houses (46.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, 17% of them (35.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K, and 35% of them (31.0K) had a sales price range of Under $300K.
