US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2023 Q2

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2023 Q2, $184.0K new houses were sold in the US. 30% of these new houses (55.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, 19% of them (38.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K, and 14% of them (27.0K) had a sales price range of Under $300K.
