US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2022 Q2

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2022 Q2, $161.0K new houses were sold in the US. 30% of these new houses (46.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, 19% of them (34.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K, and 16% of them (22.0K) had a sales price range of Under $300K.
