US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2021

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2021, $771.0K new houses were sold in the US. 27% of these new houses (210.0K) had a sales price range of Under $300K, 26% of them (203.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, and 18% of them (141.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K.
