US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Sales Price Range in 2022

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2022, 641.0K new houses were sold in the US. 29% of these new houses (184.0K) had a sales price range of $300K to $399K, 20% of them (127.0K) had a sales price range of $400K to $499K, and 14% of them (91.0K) had a sales price range of $500K to $599K.
The first chart below shows the number of new houses sold and the second chart shows the percentage sold by the sales price range. The data can also be found in a table below.
