US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Type of Financing in 2021

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2021, 771.00K new houses were sold in the US. 571.00K (74%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 106.00K (14%) were bought with FHA financing, and 48.00K (6%) were bought with Cash financing.
