US Number and Percentage of New Houses Sold By Type of Financing in 2022

According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2022, 641.00K new houses were sold in the US. 489.00K (76%) of these new houses were bought with Conventional financing, 62.00K (10%) were bought with Cash financing, and 55.00K (9%) were bought with FHA financing.
