I placed a U.S. Rejected Tag on the handle of the pen with the Tag number B-456596012, since this was in noncompliance with CFR9 313.1, and I informed REDACTED of the noncompliance. On September 23, 2021 at Marksbury Food Farms, Est #40041 at approximately 1725 hours while conducting a Livestock Humane Handling Task, I, CSI REDACTED found Pen 3 in the livestock pens had broken cattle panel wire that was sharp and protruding into the pen. I placed a U.S. Rejected Tag on the handle of the pen with the Tag number B-45659603, since this was in noncompliance with CFR9 313.1, and I informed REDACTED of the noncompliance.
