On Thursday, May 27, 2021, around 7:43 Am, while performing a pre-operational review and observation. I observe the following the noncompliance: Around 7:40 Am, the slaughter supervisor Mrs. REDACTED called for me for humane handling inspection. On my inspection, I observed the hogs in pen #5 had no water, the water bowl was dried. There were approximately 7 hogs in the pen belonging REDACTED. I notified Mrs. REDACTED of the noncompliance and a noncompliance NR will be issued. He immediately moved the 7 hogs from 5 to which had water. I later notified Eric Fietz the owner of the noncompliance.
