At approximately 0945,FLS REDACTED and CSI REDACTED were observing an establishment employee attempting to move a cow from pen 3 to the knocking area, IIP identified the following noncompliance: There was no accessible water to the cattle in pen 3. HAT Category III The cow being moved was moved in a manner causing such excitement that she slipped and fell onto her left hip/side. This slip and fall also due to the establishment's failure to provide adequate footing for the moving cattle. HAT Category VI and HAT Category VII The pens where the cattle were being held contained excessive amounts of manure, mud, straw and were unable to lay down.
