On 03/19/2022, approximately 0600 hours, while doing antemortem inspection was noted that 29 hogs were downloaded overnight. Some of them were placed on pens that had buckets filled of water, ready to received animals but 6 of them were left in the alley way without access to water. Lead man was notified of this noncompliance and immediately an employee was sent to placed a bucket and filled it with water. These findings do not meet regulatory requirements of 9CFR 313.2(e) which stated: Animals shall have access to water in holding pens... Plant owner, Mr. REDACTED was notified about this noncompliance verbally and also in writing with the issuance of this noncompliance record.
