Non-Compliance Description:

On June 8, 2022 at approximately 6:45 while conducting a Humane Handling task, I noticed a noncompliance. There were 4 large hogs being held for USDA inspection in holding pen #3 with no water. The large plastic water barrel was empty. When I asked plant employee REDACTED, he notified me they must have spilled it, however the concrete was dry as well. I notified REDACTED of the issue and informed him I would be issuing an NR.
