Category III Water and Feed Availability At approximately 12:45pm on December 8th 2021 I, CSI REDACTED, while doing a routine Humane Handling task I noticed the pens were over crowded by lambs. The pen was populated in such a way as to prohibit the furthest animals ability to move past one another and access water. I notified the Supervisor Mr. REDACTED of my findings and of the non-compliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e). Mr. REDACTED stated he would move some of the animals so that they would have more room.
