Non-Compliance Description:

Category III Water and Feed Availability I was tasked to do a off hours inspection on January 29,2023. While performing my inspection at 11:15 am I viewed 2 beef in pen # 3 and 18 goats in pens 7 and 8 of the holding area at est. 901. The goats had full access to feed but, the beef had no access to feed at all, also neither of the animals had adequate water what little that was in the troughs in all three pens was frozen. These animals had been held since Friday January 27,2023. This is a non compliance of 9CFR313.2 (e) Humane Handling of Animals.
