HATS Category III Water and Feed availability On 03/20/23, at approximately 0645, I, CSI REDACTED was conducting a Quarterly odd hour Humane Handling task and observed there was no water available for livestock (3 beef and 5 hogs) in holding pens. I also observed a farmer arrived at approximately 0655 and unloaded their hogs (6) into the holding pens. The establishment failed to comply with 9CFR 313.2 (e) Animals shall have access to water in all holding pens. I notified Eviscerating Supervisor and HACCP Coordinator that a non-compliance record will be issued. In review of previous 90 days of non-compliance records, no association was found.
