On Wednesday May 10th at approximately 09:30am while performing the review and observe portion of a Humane Handling task and verifying HATS category #2 water availability the following non-compliance was observed; There were 3 Beef cattle present , 2 were in the alley leading to the stun box door and the third was in the holding pen itself. There were water buckets present that were empty. There were no puddles or moisture present indicating that they were not recently knocked over. This is a non-compliance under 9-CFR-313.2(e). REDACTED was notified verbally and in writing with this non-compliance report.
