On 12/12/23 I observed 5 lambs being rendered unconscious; the 1- 3 and the 5th were perfect with a single shot for each lamb. At approximately 2:47pm the 4th lamb required 3 shots to attempt to render it unconscious. The first and second attempt with a captive bolt were ineffective in rendering the lamb unconscious. A third shot with the captive bolt was effective in rendering the animal unconscious. All three shots were consecutive within seconds of each other.

On 11-28-2023 I observed a 2 shot attempt to render the animal unconscious. The first attempt with a captive bolt that was ineffective in rendering the swine unconscious. A second shot with a 357 handgun was immedient and effective in rendering the animal unconscious. The head was examined showing two points of entry in the same location just high of the intended spot.

On the November 7, 2023 at approximately 0815 I observed no water in the water troughs for the livestock in 4 out of the 5 holding pens. Due to the animals tipping the trough over during normal movement throughout the night.
