On 10/20/2023 at 11:45am while performing the livestock humane handling task: truck unloading inspection at Martin’s Pork Products Est. 6720 the following non-compliance was observed: An opening on the floor of the truck unloading ramp was observed. Upon further inspection, as the pigs were being unloaded from the truck the pig’s feet were getting caught in the opening. The condition was not egregious, no animals were injured. Immediate regulatory action was taken, and the ramp was tagged with reject tag B40544731. HACCP coordinator, REDACTED, was notified of non-compliance 9 CFR 313.1(a).
