On July 11th, at approximately 7:30am while performing a Humane Handling task at Martin's Pork M6720, I observed the following noncompliance. While performing ante mortem inspection I observed two small holes (approximately 1 inch in diameter) on the livestock loading/ unloading ramp. One hole was located at the bottom of the ramp and one hole was near the top of the ramp. Approximately halfway up the ramp I observed a broken metal bracket and 4 round bolt heads that were not sitting flush with the wooden steps. I notified Mr. REDACTED (HACCP coordinator) of the noncompliance and the failure to meet regulatory requirement 9 CFR 313.1.
