At 10:42, while verifying compliance with Livestock Humane Handling regulatory requirements, HATS Category 3, by directly observing the conditions of the outdoor holding pens, the following noncompliance was observed: I observed a holding pen with six pigs that had no access to water. There was no watering container inside the pen available for the animals. I notified Plant Manager REDACTED and water was immediately provided in the pen. The failure of the establishment to provide access to water in all holding pens is noncompliant with 9 CFR 313.2(e).
