HATS Category III Water and Feed Availability On 1/25/2024 at approximately 8:20 AM while conducting the Livestock Humane Handling task the following noncompliance was observed: In the corrals there was one beef present in Pen 9 and there was not a water bowl in the pen, so therefore the livestock in this pen did not have access to water. I brought the issue to the attention of REDACTED, plant employee, and he immediately provided a water basin and filled it. I informed REDACTED, plant owner/ operator, of this issue and that it would result in this noncompliance report. This issue is in noncompliance to CFR 313.2 Handling of Livestock.
