On Thursday, 3/21/2024, at Yaman Halal Meats at approximately 1308 hours, I, CSI REDACTED observed the following noncomliance: I observed REDACTED in the goat's pen dragging a mother goat by the hind leg. This is a noncompliance of CFR 313.2 which state that driving the livestock shall be done with a minimum of excitement or discomfort to the animals. I notified REDACTED, HACCP Coordinator, and REDACTED, co-owner, of this noncompliance and they stated that it would not happen again.
