At 0255 hours, while performing livestock ante mortem inspection, I observed that there was no water in the water tub in pen #1. I informed REDACTED plant manager, of the noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e). A similar noncompliance was documented in NR #ECK1812060610N dated 06/10/2025.

On 06/07/2025, I, Dr. REDACTED, while performing ante mortem inspection between 0258 and 0302 hours, observed that there was no water in the water container in pen 3. I informed REDACTED, plant manager, of the noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e) and stated that a noncompliance report would be issued. A similar noncompliance was documented for the same issue on 05/10/2025 in NR #ECK3117055112N.

On 10 May 2025 at approximately 0302 hours, I, Dr. REDACTED observed that there was no water container in pen 4 for the steer that was therein to have access to water. This is noncompliant with 9 CFR 313.2(e). I informed REDACTED of the noncompliance and that a NR would be issued.
