HAT Category III _ Access to Water 9 CFR 313.2(e) On February 26, 2025, at approximately 0900 hours while performing Livestock Humane Handling Verification HATS category III: Water/Feed Availability; 9 CFR 313.2(e). I CSI, REDACTED observed the following noncompliance. A pig held in pen #1 had no access to any water supply. Owner REDACTED was immediately shown and verified my findings. No regulatory control was needed Mr. REDACTED immediately supplied pen #1 with access to water. No record of humane handling in the last 90 days. The plant does not have a written humane handling robust systematic approach program. The establishment failed to meet the regulatory requirement of 9 CFR 313.2 Handling of livestock.
