  1. West Virginia: 300
  2. Missouri: 200
  3. South Dakota: 200

On the other hand, the 3 U.S. states that added the lowest seasonally adjusted number of jobs to the Construction industry in February, 2009 were:

  1. California: -35,600
  2. Florida: -12,800
  3. Texas: -12,000
