According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (40), followed by Missouri (21), and Texas (8).

On the other hand, Massachusetts added the least number of jobs (-3), followed by Maryland (-2), and Kentucky (-2).
