According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, California added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (55), followed by Texas (13), and Maryland (11).

On the other hand, Missouri added the least number of jobs (-5), followed by Louisiana (-4), and Illinois (-4).
