According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2020, South Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (4), followed by Massachusetts (3), and New York (3).

On the other hand, Missouri added the least number of jobs (-16), followed by California (-13), and Texas (-10).
