According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2022, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the federal government finance and insurance industry (16), followed by California (6), and Montana (6).

On the other hand, Missouri added the least number of jobs (-49), followed by Maryland (-33), and Virginia (-28).
