According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, California added the highest number of jobs to all local government business establishments (31,175), followed by Nevada (4,176), and Florida (2,470).
On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-13,892), followed by Texas (-13,843), and Illinois (-12,298).
