According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2023, New York added the highest number of jobs to all local government business establishments (14,889), followed by Illinois (10,841), and New Jersey (8,436).
On the other hand, Florida added the least number of jobs (-113,661), followed by Arizona (-46,129), and Texas (-23,521).
