According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2022, Washington added the highest number of jobs to the local government water, sewage and other systems industry (63), followed by Colorado (52), and Virginia (35).

On the other hand, New Jersey added the least number of jobs (-38), followed by Michigan (-16), and Pennsylvania (-15).
