According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Massachusetts added the highest number of jobs to the local government water, sewage and other systems industry (58), followed by Florida (30), and Louisiana (19).

On the other hand, Nevada added the least number of jobs (-246), followed by Pennsylvania (-65), and Oklahoma (-57).
