According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government water, sewage and other systems industry (127), followed by California (37), and Arkansas (33).

On the other hand, New Jersey added the least number of jobs (-30), followed by Ohio (-24), and Illinois (-16).
