According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2022, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the local government water, sewage and other systems industry (30), followed by Kentucky (16), and Tennessee (14).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-126), followed by Texas (-121), and Pennsylvania (-100).
