According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2023, Minnesota added the highest number of jobs to the local government transit and ground passenger transportation industry (252), followed by Indiana (82), and Texas (62).

On the other hand, Illinois added the least number of jobs (-66), followed by Michigan (-47), and Massachusetts (-8).
