According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, Illinois added -2,715 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Illinois counties, Grundy added the highest number of jobs (977), followed by Sangamon (380), and Stephenson (232).
