According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2021, Illinois added -7,076 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Illinois counties, Rock Island added the highest number of jobs (1,039), followed by Adams (95), and Livingston (75).
