According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2021, Illinois added 18,708 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Illinois counties, Cook added the highest number of jobs (5,100), followed by DuPage (1,532), and Will (1,291).
