According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2022, Illinois added 13,905 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Illinois counties, Cook added the highest number of jobs (3,528), followed by DuPage (1,500), and Will (1,167).
