According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2023, California added the highest number of jobs to the private forestry and logging industry (174), followed by Michigan (98), and Alaska (44).

On the other hand, Alabama added the least number of jobs (-85), followed by Louisiana (-64), and Florida (-35).
