According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2023, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the private transportation equipment manufacturing industry (2,825), followed by Washington (1,482), and Illinois (1,305).

On the other hand, Arizona added the least number of jobs (-252), followed by Arkansas (-107), and Oregon (-94).
