According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2023, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the private scientific research and development services industry (1,399), followed by New Jersey (674), and Massachusetts (450).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-1,333), followed by California (-568), and Illinois (-363).
